Introducing...

We are celebrating our Tenth Anniversary with a very special host:

Dr. Rosengard received his B.A. in communication from the University of New Hampshire, an M.S. in journalism from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University, an M.A. in education from Johnson State College (Vermont), and a Ph.D. from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Rosengard worked for more than ten years in television newsrooms as a reporter, anchor and producer, including an assignment at WCVB-TV/Channel 5 in Boston.  He is a Professor at Suffolk University, focusing on student broadcast opportunities originating from Studio 73: Suffolk’s On-Campus High-Definition Television Studio.

Dana has successfully helped lead student television newscasts and other productions to state and national awards from the largest, national journalism associations and organizations in a teaching career that began in 1994.

Dana was the host of Miss University 2010 at the Johnson Theatre and Miss University 2012 at New Hampshire Hall.  We are thrilled to have our Mr. University back for the crowning of Miss Strafford County 2015 and Miss University 2015 on Saturday, January 3, 2015.
