Margo joined Miss Hooksett Rebecca Rendina and the Miss NH Volunteers at Gillette Stadium to cheer on the New England Patriots (Pats 26/Atlanta Falcons 10) while raising funds for the Miss NH Scholarship Program.

A note from our talented titleholder:
I am sorry I cannot be with you all this evening. I am a dance major in college attending a dance conference in New York City for the next two days. As I sit here and reflect upon my year as Miss University I have so many wonderful memories. I have had the pleasure of being part of something truly special, an organization that supports and nurtures the growth of young women. I have matured so much and gained such valuable experiences over the last year that I will treasure always. Whether it was taking pictures and mingling with people at the Apple Festival, participating in Miss NH events or supporting my platform for the National Kidney Foundation I loved and learned from it all.

I would like to thank Brenda, Cindi and the whole Miss NH family for stepping in and assisting me through my first year at Miss NH. I appreciated it more than you will ever know. As my year comes to an end I would like to recognize everyone that is involved in making Miss NH the outstanding program that it is and just say THANK YOU because every single one of you makes a difference.

To the New Miss University treasure every moment it goes by faster than you can imagine. Learn, live, laugh and love it all it is truly a magical experience.

Exciting News!

The UNH Panhellenic Council http://www.unhmub.com/greek/panhel/council/ is now the official campus sponsor and local service partner for the Miss University Scholarship Program. The show will begin at 7pm. And don't miss the exciting Pre-Show at 6:30pm!

The Patriots have their first regular season home game Monday night, September 14th with a 7pm kickoff (check-in at 3pm). Cheer on your favorite team while helping raise money for the Miss New Hampshire Scholarship Fund. Contact Trisha Tidd for more information at 603/642-8017.

Miss University & Miss Strafford County 2010

Applications must be postmarked by August 30th. The theme for this year's show is Bollywood Dreams (think "Slumdog Millionaire" meets "Bombay Dreams").

Opening number wardrobe will be Jeans, White Top and a brightly colored scarf...inspired by the Slumdog Millionaire/Jai Ho Finale:
